Delivery, Returns and Refunds
Shipping Prices:
Our Shipping prices are simple;
Non-Livestock Postable – For item(s) that are up to 1kg in total and under 35cm x 23 cm x 3cm in dimension, this will be sent at £2.99
Non-Livestock Parcel- Shipping is Flat Fee of £10 regardless of your basket amount.
Livestock – Shipping is Flat Fee of £15 regardless of your basket amount , we have set up shipping classes on each item, which means as soon as you add a Livestock product to your basket this should update to the Livestock price regardless of whatever else is within your basket, this is due to the extra materials needed to ship and protect Livestock. All livestock will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a Signature.
In many cases, livestock and non-livestock may be shipped separately.
Currently we only Deliver to the United Kingdom. Some postcodes are restricted please see the full list below
We do reserve the right to hold the shipping of livestock for reasons outside our control such as postal strikes or cold weather, we will post out at the earliest safe opportunity however livestock welfare is always our top priority.

All our non-livestock shipping is tracked either when dispatched from our own location using our approved shipping companies (DHL, DPD, FedEx and Hermes) depending on the price of the order and delivery location.
Returns
Non – Livestock Products
We only accept returns for items still having tags attached and in mint condition and still sealed, being change of mind returns would be refunded at the original amount, any extra shipping you pay to get your change of mind purchase to us would be at your cost, but we do advise you packing correctly and sending via tracked means. We will refund you via Paypal within 7 working days after receiving your return.
For Products which may have arrived damaged, returns will also be required, this including your return shipping will be refunded. We will refund you via Paypal within 7 working days after receiving your return.
Livestock Products
We do only refund/exchange for perished livestock, in which we will need either photographic or the livestock returned to ourselves. We can only refund for perished livestock within 24 hours of arrival (you will need to contact us within this timeframe, based on your delivery date and time). We do expect you to have the knowledge to look after your livestock within the correct conditions (we also provide care sheets and care videos for many invertebrate species) if they perish after this time, then we cannot accept responsibility for this.
To return your product to us please Contact Us for a returns authorization number and return address details.
Digital Products
As part of our product range, some of our products are Digital and Android Application based, these contain subscription elements, for users to utilise the features of these applications they will need to sign up / subscribe via Google Play Store. Usually renewals are automatic after a 7-day trial period.
These subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your Google Billing and Subscriptions area, we do not handle the cancellation of subscriptions ourselves.
